Information we collect
When you book a package or send us a message, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, porch details, preferred delivery date and any notes you add. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and deliver your porch installation, confirm and update your booking, process your deposit and balance, answer your questions, and — if you opt in — send reminder text messages about your appointment.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the booking work: our payment processor, our email and text message providers, and our secure hosting and database provider. Each is bound to use the information solely to provide those services to us.
Analytics and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of personalized advertising through Google and Meta ad settings.
Text messages
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your booking; we will still reach you by email.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking records for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us — we will honor the request unless we are required to keep a record.
