Booking and approval
Submitting a booking reserves your delivery window once your deposit is received. Every booking is reviewed and confirmed by us before the balance is charged. If we cannot serve your address or date, your deposit is refunded in full.
Deposit and payment
A $1 deposit is collected at booking and your card is securely saved. After we approve your booking, the remaining balance for your selected package and add-ons is charged to that card. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay; there are no hidden fees.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Reach out at least 72 hours before your delivery window to reschedule, subject to remaining availability in the season. Cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead are refunded in full; inside 72 hours we may retain a portion of the balance to cover sourced materials and reserved crew time.
Installation
We need safe, unobstructed access to your porch and entry during your window. Pumpkins and other natural materials are seasonal products; color, size and shape vary with each harvest, and the final arrangement is designed at our discretion to suit your porch. Professional design, delivery, and on-site arrangement are included with every package.
Care, weather and liability
Once installed, the display is yours to care for. Natural materials decay over time and can be affected by weather, wildlife or theft; we are not responsible for such changes after installation. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, or for damage caused by severe weather.
End-of-season pickup
If you add End-of-Season Pickup & Donation, we return after the season to remove the display and donate or compost usable materials. Without that add-on, removal is your responsibility.
Photography
We may photograph completed porches for our portfolio. We never publish addresses or identifying details, and you can ask us not to photograph your home.
